My journey in Engineering was an incredible and enriching experience as an employee at one of BASF's largest chemical plants, the Boscalid plant. During this period, I had the opportunity to get to know Boscalid's production process in depth and play an important role in the Asset Management team, establishing interfaces with the Production, Maintenance, Project Engineering and Reliability teams.

Throughout my internship at BASF, I acquired important responsibilities such as preparing process modification analyzes that resulted in positive impacts on production. Furthermore, I assumed responsibility for controlling and managing Asset investments for the Boscalid plant, which gave me a broad view of resource management.

I had the opportunity to apply several Hardskills during my experiences, including creating solutions in software such as Excel VBA, Power BI, Minitab, as well as mastering programming languages such as Python and R.

My professional aspirations lead me to constantly develop my leadership, organization and teamwork skills, while stimulating my creativity and flexibility. I firmly believe that these characteristics enable me to make a difference in the job market and positively impact any challenge I may face.
